DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY
Express Delivery
1) Delivery Areas
We offer same day express delivery service within 7.99km radius from our store /next day delivery service within 8km-45km radius from our store.
我们提供店铺半径7.99公里范围内的当日达服务 / 店铺半径8-45公里范围内的次日达服务。
2) Delivery Charges
*Distance means the distance in a straight line from store to your delivery address, shipping cost will calculate automatically at check out page.
*距离是指从店铺到您的送货地址的直线距离，运费将在结账页面自动计算。
3) Delivery Time
We offer limited time slots per day on a first-come, first served basis.
SAME DAY DELIVERY：You can get your groceries delivered as early as the SAME day if you address is within 7.99km radius from our store. Delivery time will be between 8:30pm- 11:00pm. Cut-off at 8:30pm Everyday.
当天配送：如果您的地址在距离我们 7.99 公里半径范围内，您最早可以在当天收到货品。 送货时间为晚上 8:30 至 11:00。 截单时间将于每天晚上 8:30 截止。
NEXT DAY DELIVERY：Next Day Delivery are applied If your address is 8km-45km radius from our store. delivery time will be Between 12pm-6pm. Cut-off at 8:30pm Everyday.
次日配送：如果您的地址距离我们的半径为 8 公里至 45 公里，则适用次日送达。 送货时间为中午 12 点至下午 6 点。 截单时间将于每天晚上 8:30 截止。
- Delivery driver will call/SMS prior to arrival and Please make sure your line is open and someone is home to receive the order.

The driver will call 3 times, if the call cannot be answered, please choose:
1. The driver leave the package at the lobby. If so, we will not be responsible for any loss of the package.
2. Redelivery. Delivery fee will be applied to the redelivery.
(The default option is 1 , please email us if you choose 2)
*NOTE：Due to high risk of package stealing, please pick up your package at the first time, we will not be responsible for any loss of the package.
- To avoid missed delivery, please make sure the address provided is correct.
- All condominium/ apartment will deliver will require lobby pickup.

House/townhouse will be delivered to the front door/side door only. Our driver cannot deliver to the back door due to safety reason.
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons.
注：司机会在到达前打电话通知，其会将包裹放在楼下（公寓）或门口（house），请保持电话畅通！
*️温馨提醒：公寓楼偷窃事件频发，请在接到电话后即刻下楼领取，如有丢失，恕不负责。
司机会拨打电话3次，假如电话无法接听，请您选择：
1. 司机把包裹放在楼下。如选择放在楼下，包裹丢失概不负责。
2. 二次配送。如选择二次配送，需支付司机二次配送的运费。
（默认选择1放在楼下，如选择2请邮件告知我们）
*请确保订单电话号码准确无误，以便通知送货。请提供加拿大号码，保持电话接听状态。
4) Applicable Products for Express Delivery
Products in all categories, including Snacks, Food Essentials, Beauty & Household, Frozen Food (Frozen Food are NOT applicable on Next Day Delivery) are available in this service.
此服务提供所有类别的产品，包括零食、必需品、美容及家居用品、冷冻食品（冷冻食品不适用于次日送达）。
In-Store Pick Up
1) Available Products
Products in all categories, including Snacks, Food Essentials, Beauty & Household, Frozen are available in this service.
2) Pick Up Time
We will try our best to process your order within 1 hour during our business hour (12 pm. to 9 pm. local time Monday to Sunday). Please wait for our system notification prior store pickup.
3) Charges
There's no additional charge for in-store pick up costumer.

- Pick up time may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons.
